Terms of Sales

  • For any reservation of an amount greater than 200 €, we ask for the payment of a deposit. This deposit represents 50% of the total amount. It must be paid when ordering. On the day of the service, the amount due (balance or full payment) must be paid on site. 

  • On site, we only accept cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, checks for less than €250 and we do not take credit cards.

  • TY DOMINO reserves the right to cancel a service if the number of participants is not sufficient, or for any reason making the service impossible or dangerous (damage, bad weather conditions, etc.). You will then be offered a new date or, if this is not possible, the reimbursement of the amount already paid without compensation being requested.

  •   The skipper may modify the itinerary if he deems it necessary for the safety and comfort of the participants and this will not give rise to any reimbursement, even partial.


  • Only the captain makes the decision to cancel an outing due to the weather. Weather points are made regularly and it is the captain who decides whether or not to maintain a service depending on the navigation conditions.


  • If you cancel a service for personal reasons, you must inform us at least 15 days before the planned date of the outing. If you inform us within the time indicated, you will be reimbursed for the sums already paid. On the other hand, if you cancel within 15 days of the date of the service, the sums you have paid will be retained. 

  • You must arrive 30 minutes before departure. If you are late, the amount already paid will be retained.

  • Minors are under the exclusive responsibility of their parents or their companions.

  • We invite pregnant women and people whose health is fragile to ensure that their condition is compatible with a sea trip in a catamaran.

  • TY DOMINO is not responsible for the loss or theft of your personal effects.
